Phone a friend (as Lauren)

Lauren took her phone and left her apartment, making sure to take her key and stick it in her shoe as she put it on. She tried to think of who she would call. There wasn't anyone she knew that she could trust with her secret, so if she called a friend, she would have to pretend to be Liz. Of course, that wasn't her first choice, but she went down the list of other people she thought could help her, but she was too scared to tell them the truth. She first thought about calling her friend Felicia. They had been friends forever, but even she didn't know Lauren wore a padded bra and special panties to give herself curves. However, she knew what she looked like before she changed her appearance. Granted, it's been years since then, but pictures and memories could also hint at the truth about her secret.

Her second choice was her co-worker Olivia. They started about the same time, and they had a nice rapport. If she asked her to take care of her cousin for a day, she would be perfect. However, she didn't know that Olivia was secretly jealous of Lauren's curves and only wanted to be her friend for the popularity. Once Lauren is out of the picture, who knows what she could do?

Her final option was her friend/co-worker Stacy. She didn't know much about her, except that they liked sitting together for lunch and talking about office gossip and such. If anyone spread any rumors about Lauren's secret, Stacy would know, and she would tell Lauren about it. Mostly because she wanted to get into Lauren's pants, but wanted to gradually make her intentions known.

Lauren had to choose. She would call them as Lauren, asking to take care of her cousin Liz. They would pick her up, and drive her somewhere to hopefully get dressed.
