Chapter 43
by Suvinceus
An hour passes...
Welcome to Chinatown
"Hello, Boppers. Tonight, we've received word that the Satan's Mothers, the Yellowjackets and the Turnbull AC's were sent by the South Beach Warlords to waste the Warriors from Coney Island, as well as their ally gangs, the Sea Gate Crescent Moons and the Gamers. Unfortunately, they've been laid out, and now the Warriors and their friends have split up. Stay tuned..."
"Let's see now...here we are in Chinatown. I remember Rembrandt telling me about Fox's initiation when he and Vermin went after the Savage Huns." Lisa said, as she took a long glance around the flashy streets of Chinatown.
"Yeah, but I don't think they'll be friendly towards us." Highscore replied.
"I agree. We should be careful and bop through." Berlin added.
"Are you crazy? We gotta get past their leader; I hear he's a man of few words." Pacman said.
"That's Ghost; again, Rembrandt told me about him when he lost to Fox." Lisa replied.
The Crescent Moons and the Gamers would then make their way through Chinatown. However, as they were midway through their journey, the two gangs immediately stopped in their tracks when a pair of men who were obviously twins stepped into the scene, blocking their way.
"Excuse me, but we're scoping through New York to see if there were other gangs siding up with the Warlords, according to Swan of the Warriors. We were wondering if you got something to do with them. Are you allies with them? Or are you enemies?" Highscore asked.
"You expect us to answer your questions? If so, then the Warlords explained to Ghost to deal with you and your punk friends." Ting, one of the twin brothers, replied.
"Shit...yeah, they're with the Warlords, allright." Pacman told the others.
Ting and his brother Ling, would get into their stances, and charge after Jake and Hoagie. To the others' surprise, several more Huns arrived and attacked Highscore by having one of them deliver a flying kick onto him.
Amy and Angela would get their chance to fight two of them, with the blonde Crescent Moon giving one a few kicks, as well as a slap, to the face. The redhead, on the other hand, was caught in a chokehold by the other, when Berlin came in and pulled him off of her.
The brunette then proceed to punch him in the face, and kneed him in the stomach. The other three Huns were about to attack Highscore again, when Pacman came in and gave one of them a suplex.
The blond Gamer got up, and gave the second Hun a few punches to the face, as well as kicking him upside the head. Finally, the last Hun was neck in neck with Carabello, as they were sharing punches.
However, the dark-skinned Crescent Moon managed to snap his neck in retaliation, before proceeding to meet up with Jake and Hoagie. The taller blond chose to fight Ting, while the shorter one fought Ling.
Ling took out what appeared to be a pair of nunchakus, and after doing a few katas with it, lunged straight at Hoagie. He was given a few blows to the face and chest thanks to the weapon, but decided to fight back by dodging his next attack.
He immediately took the nunchakus from the Hun, and to his surprise, the bleached blond Crescent Moons swung at him, giving him hits to the neck and chest area, before throwing the nunchakus away, and uppercutting him. He then took notice of Jake dealing with Ting, and rushed to his aid.
Suddenly, a man in an elegant suit had stepped into the background, witnessing the fight before his eyes. He smiled confidently as he approached the Crescent Moons and Gamers.
Jake was about to pin Ting to a wall and beat him up, when the Hun yelled, "Ghost! Help!"
Ghost took notice of his plea, and went towards Jake, and the blond Crescent Moon didn't have enough time to ask why he was here, as the leader squeezed his throat with both of his hands. However, Slattery was able to rush over, grabbed him by the shoulder, and punched him a few times, before kicking him to the wall.
As the Crescent Moons and Gamers began to cool down from their fight, the Huns leader grimaced as he watched them run off for their next destination.
"So what now?" Amy asked.
"We head for SoHo; the Hi-Hats are there, but we're not sure if they're allies with the Warlords." Slattery replied.
"But the Electric Eliminators are also there, too. If we want to reach the Hi-Hats so damn badly, we're gonna need to waste the Eliminators, first." Highscore said.
Once the Crescent Moons and Gamers arrived at SoHo, they began their search for the Hi-Hats's gallery. What they didn't know, however, was that it was rather stormy, but they didn't care much.
"I was there when the Hi-Hats attacked Scopes at a burner contest a few months ago; fortunately, the Warriors struck back by fucking up their gallery. They even went head to head after that in Coney's amusement park, and the Hi-Hat's leader, Chatterbox, got run over by one of the fast-moving cars in one of those rides." Lisa explained.
"Now they got a new leader in Crackerjack, but to be honest, they were expecting Swan and the Warriors instead of us." Highscore replied.
When they were approximately twenty miles away from the gallery, the Crescent Moons and Gamers took notice of several men in yellow jackets. "Dammit, not the Yellowjackets agai--oh wait, they ain't the Yellowjackets. My bad." Angela said, rubbing the back of her neck after examining the Eliminators's appearance.
That was when the Eliminators glanced straight at the two gangs, and with that, they began to approach them.
