Class vote

With Steph still trapped beside Steven and Miss Sullivan now backing towards Tabitha completely topless, Gavin seems to be growing ever more confident.

"This is quite the class we're having." He says, taking centre stage in the class. "Let's out it to a class vote, we live in a democracy after all." He pauses for a second long both at Miss Sullivan and then at Steph. "If someone will donate a blazer for Miss Sullivan, we'll let her put it on.... but Steph will have to take off her skirt." He looks at the shocked faces all around him with glee. "Alternatively, we could vote for Miss Sullivan to donate her pants to our unfortunate fellow student." He turns, slowly taking in the entire class. "What's it to be?"
