She cranes her neck to look at herself. "What the hell happened to my breasts!?"
They grew?
"Why?"
Wasp venom.
"I hate you."
They aren't that big, and you can just use magic to look however you want
"No I can't. It's different changing from clothes. human bodies are more complicated, we're alive and more voluminous."
Well, they likely have a salve for it in the next town. You step out of the tent and stow it in the inventory. In the meantime, let's get this spell off me and get you washed off
Erin pouts "Why should you be the only one who changes back?"
Because otherwise you'll be fighting monsters in pajamas.
Because I can't separate at the joints like this, so you'll have to bathe with a shirt on

How does the bath go?
You come into being as a low-level monster, the kind heroes chew through like popcorn. You know the drill, whether you're a player yourself or an artificial intelligence, and you're sick of it. You set out on your own quest: to defeat the heroes at any cost (or at least be an epic boss somewhere down the line).
