"The problem is I don't need or want a bodyguard," Jennifer snapped.

Paul sighed. "I understand, Jenny, but after those nutcases..."

I looked at him sharply. "What nutcases?"

"Some kids were just messing around. It's no big deal," Jennifer said.

"Only because I didn't tell you the whole story because I didn't want to worry you," Paul replied.
