We go inside

"Let's check inside." I declare practically running up the stairs as she gives a small giggle as I try to open the door but find it locked.

"Jeez, your acting like its Christmas." Mom chides as she flips through the key ring to find the brand new looking key for the ancient looking door and flings it open.

I'm not sure which is brighter outside or inside, the entry hall is massive, albeit somewhat sparsely decorated. I take a ginger step onto the hardwood floors and gawk at the chandelier shimmering above.

"OMGoodness! It even has a map!" Mom sequels as she rushes pass to investigate a map stand next to the stairs and I resist the urge to sit the small armchair tucked away in an alcove.

Looking over the map it's no wonder why this place has a map as it's truly massive, the first floor seems to be mostly devoted to entertainment with the left side being dominated by a huge family room bigger than our entire first floor with 2 rooms attached to it, a game room and a arcade. There's a small cluster of rooms between it and the smaller of the two garages and labeled "servants quarters". In the center is a small "music room" and where we are at, the right side is dominated by a ball/party room with it's own "costume wardrobe", the kitchen and dining room is surprisingly modest, but I do feel a pang of jealousy for the pets considering their room is bigger than my own bedroom back home.

The second floor is comparatively modest seemingly solely devoted to a library with a study and bedrooms, with the master dwarfing our home.

"Ummm....It's kinda massive mom, and...Jesus where to start?"
