A 21ST NOSFERATU!

"However I did maintain my immortality, superhuman strength and speed, shapeshifting ability, power to command/control animals, and mind manipulation". Todays vampire or vampires work 9-5 jobs, have friends, go on dates/vacations, barbecue outside, have sexual intercourse....and yes even 'impregnate beautiful attractive females'!

But a vampire can't get a human pregnant you're saying, they're dead so how is this possible?
