For a little while

It had been a couple of weeks since you had returned to California with Kelly Clarkson after your little excursion to Texas with her, and you hadn't heard from her since you got back.

And you were beginning to wonder if you ever would again when she finally showed up in your office in a loose-fitting country music t-shirt and a tight pair of jeans.

"Thought I had lost you Kel," you tease her as you walk over to her and kiss her on the lips, Kelly turning into it and letting it linger as she walks toward the couch.

"I have to tell you something John," she tells you as she lays back on the couch, obviously having thought this through for awhile.

"What is it Kelly?" you ask her, your interest piqued as you give her your full attention, suddenly feeling tense about this whole thing.

"The reason I've stayed away from your office is because my period was late after our little escapade and I thought you had gotten me pregnant," she tells you, inviting you to sit next to her on your couch as she continues.

"But that's behind us now, and now that I am on the pill, how would you like it if we hooked up every time I came out here?"
