Drinking and flirting with guys

"You only live once, Carrie," she tells her as they head back to their hotel room in the limo that brought them to the awards show, "so I was thinking we hit the Strip and do some drinking and flirting with guys."

"You know, maybe it's just the fact that we had such a great night, or the fact that I'm already a little buzzed, but that does sound like fun," Carrie tells her as they arrive back at the hotel which was just a short block away from the building where the awards were held.

"That's the spirit Carrie," she tells her as they each visit the bathroom to freshen up, "and if we're lucky, maybe we'll take a "walk on the wild side" tonight, if you know what I mean."

Carrie wasn't sure what her wild friend was suggesting, but if Miranda wanted to get drunk and hook up with a bunch of guys, that was her business.

Carrie herself didn't see a problem with getting drunk and giving some lucky guys a cheap thrill by flirting with them, but she just wasn't that kind of girl.

"You know Carrie, if we REALLY want to have some fun tonight, I know what we can ditch besides our husbands."
