Their personality doesn’t automatically change, nor does their body, but if you order them to do something within their power, including acting a specific way, or believing a certain thing, they will obey. So, to clarify, if you tell their boobs to grow, that won’t happen (barring some unique perk, or ability), but if you tell them you want them to make their boobs bigger, they’ll go get a boob-job (or maybe look up fake expansion tips on the internet, depending on resources and intelligence). Similarly, most women won’t be able to cum on command without some sort of stimulation (barring app shenanigans), but if you tell her she’s an exhibitionist, and then dress her up slutty and take her somewhere public and tell her to cum, she will.
