"Fuck you" you try to say, but your voice is muffled by some sort of inhibitor.

"He is angry" Jean says. "He thinks we are going to kill him" Indeed, that was your assumption. Between Valkyrie's prophecy and the way everyone was speaking, it seemed like a fair assumption. "I see" the redhead continues, and looks at the blonde heroine.

You can still see her blue eyes, despite the visor. Your eyes meet every few seconds, she gives a halfhearted reassurance smile every now and then.

The blonde woman takes your arm "She vouched for your good behavior. I know a part of you loves her, that is why I persuaded the others with agreeing to her unlikely pledge"

The lights in the monitor began to go on and off. Alarm, galactic threat magnitude. A battle star cruise was coming to orbit, and with guns blazing. Phoenix, Miss Marvel and Iron Man departed immediately. You feel your psychic powers coming back, and unintentionally brush on the other's minds.
