Chapter 8 by reaper13
Should you pay her a visit or go straight to your captive?
Visit your fan
It would be unbecoming for someone of your status to ignore a fan. You make your way through the building towards the east wing. There you find a suite named 'violet'. It looks like the right place, so you knock on the door. When the door opens you see the fangirl that approached you earlier this evening.
"You're here!" She practically yells and drags you into the room. "See girls, I told you he'd come."
You finally recalled her name. You had heard it only once, so it was difficult to recall. However 'Oxana' is not a common name that you can easily forget.
You had noticed she was dressed in scale armor. The others were also dressed in their battle attires. You assumed it must have been their code to always be ready for battle. For convenient purposes, Oxana had left her shield behind. But she still carried her sword around. A soldier never leaves behind her sword.
The only other thing you noticed about her was her brown hair. Soldiers usually kept their hair short. Hers was long instead. Although it was unfamiliar, it suited her.
Oxana was incredibly excited about your presence. "You have no idea how honored I amto have you here."
You smiled and said. "Come now, what kind of officer would I be if I ignored a request from such a lovely soldier."
"And modest too." Oxana replied while placing a hand on her chest. "Come, let me introduce you to the others."
When you look around the room, you see a whole lot of people. You quickly recognized them as other members of the amazon squad.
She first introduced you to a witch named Mona. She was the squads dark magic wielder.
She was dressed in a simple, yet short dress. She had knee-high boots and a large pointy hat on her head. Everything about her clothes was black as night. The only thing abut her which wasn?t black was her pale white skin and long purple hair.
Next to her stood a cleric named Dove. She served as the groups healer.
She wore a blue nuns habit which ended just below her knees. Like many other nuns, she too wore a veil that covered the back and sides of her head. Usually it also covered the wearers hair, but Dove preferred to let some of her golden locks escape from it's hold.
Then there was the rogue. She was appropriately named Cat, for she was the cat-burglar amongst them. She could sneak into any place or break open any lock.
Last time you saw her, you noticed she was dressed in tight black leather clothes, and she was again now. Perhaps in the middle of the night that would make her completely invisible, but here it was more likely to draw attention instead.
She probably didn't mind. When she noticed you looking at her, she smiled winked at you.
The next person was a sorceress, Daria. Like Mona and Dove, she too was a magic user, but she focused more on elemental magics.
Everything about her seemed like it desired attention. Her curled black hair, tanned skin, flamboyant clothes. It's a wonder you had noticed her so late.
Right next to Daria stood a ranger. That was the Vaela.
She wore brown leather clothes that were typical for rangers, adorned with some green accessory's here and there. You did love that single white flower she had in her braided green hair.
Do you speak with anyone in particular?
