Change the dress code, but make them New Rules

You decide that it would be more fun to live in a world that transitions into one where sex is an acceptable public activity.

New Rule: everyone must wear clothing that reveals private parts, or allows for very easy access, with exceptions in some cases. Nudity is not a requirement, but is allowed. A long skirt would be illegal. Skirts which completely cover the pussy or ass are frowned upon, but legally allowed if very loose and can easily be flipped up. Underwear is generally prohibited unless it clearly exposes everything. Some situations requiring extra clothing allows people to cover up, like **** weather, or when using safety equipment, etc.

New Rule: sex is made a normal activity and is no longer held to the same decency standards as before, though there may still be restrictions depending on the situation. For example, important jobs may prohibit or restrict activity (sex during a surgery is a no go). Examples of non-occupation related cases would be driving. Contact by others with the drivers is prohibited for safety reasons. Drivers may opt to find sexual gratification in other ways (vibrators, plugs, etc), but orgasm is prohibited, and is regulated like drunk driving to keep them focused.

After thinking, you decide to add a few extra changes for quality of life.

Old Rule: STD's have been largely eliminated. The only STD left is a virus that makes the person infected incredibly horny.

Old Rule: women are able to control ovulation, so birth control is never a problem.

Old Rule: humans are always physically attractive, and are generally able to stay fit without having to put much effort in.

Old Rule: humans are more tolerant of various types of weather, and are not as impacted by things like temperature.

You decide this is all for now and decide to see how things play out.
