Lauren isn't aware

Lauren meanwhile, wasn't aware of any of this. She strut on, feeling every bit as confident as ever. She heard some snickering and jeering laughter, but didn't even consider it could be directed at her. Someone was probably picking on a loser, like Dennis or something.

Just then she saw walking up Mike and Charlotte. Mike was the captain of the football team. Charlotte, head of the cheerleading squad. An obvious match on paper. Which is why Lauren had spent years keeping them apart. Mike was her man (though she kept him on the back burner, just keeping her options open), and no beach blonde bimbo got in the way of what she wanted! So she created countless rumors to keep Charlotte away. Which burned Charlotte up to no end, another added bonus to Lauren.

"Hi Mike!" Lauren said, strutting over. Both him and Charlotte stopped talking and looked her way in shock.

"Oh, and Charlotte. She isn't bothering you, is she Mike?" Lauren asked pointedly.

"Uh..." Was all Mike could muster, staring at shock at the nearly nude Lauren in front of him...
