Kakashi wants an explanation

"What's up Kakashi-sensei?" Naruto asks.

"I wanted to ask about Venom," he says, putting away an orange book, "I was lead to believe, you wouldn't recieve it till you became a Chunin."

"You heard about how Mizuki tricked up into stealing the forbidden scroll," Kakashi nodded, "We found a sealing scroll and a note from our mother, somewhat, explaining what was sealed inside. We brought out Venom and he bonded with us."

"I see you have the same way of speaking as your father. It's still annoying."

"If you knew our father, then you know of Venom's abilities."

"Yes, but don't worry about tomorrow," Kakashi said, chuckling, "Venom still has secrets. I believe you can give me a run for my money, even if I used this," he said, pointing to his left eye and then disappeared in a swirl of leaves.

Naruto dropped from the roof and let loose a line of web, before he hit the ground, and travelled to his favourite place to eat. He landed on the wall across from Ichiraku's and stared down. He could see a section of the fence, next to the shop, that was different. There was a small, square section of the fence, where the borders between each of the planks where horizontal instead of vertical. Naruto chuckled, knowing exactly who was behind it. It was a kid named Konohamaru. He was the grandson of the Third. Naruto had met the kid when he was getting his ninja licence.

(Flashback)

"Naruto," the Third grumbled, "We can't use this for your licence."

He was holding up a picture of Naruto, his face covered by Venom's living mask.

"Oh, come on Old Man," Naruto whined, "We want people to know up because of Venom."

"That maybe so, but you can't use something like this for your licence. This is meant to be professional and that means showing your face."

"Fine, we'll take another one."

As Naruto stood up, the door burst open and a kid, maybe a year or two younger than himself, ran into the room, holding a wooden shuriken and shouted, "I've got you now old man. Now I'll be the Hokage."

The kid ran towards the Hokage, but only made it a few steps, before he tripped on the long blue scarf he was wearing, and his faceplanted into the ground.

Sitting up, he groaned and said, "What happened?" Looking around the room, he spotted Naruto, "You, you're the one that tripped me."

A tick-mark grew on Naruto's head, "Who the hell is this kid?"

"He's my grandson," the Hokage sighed. The door burst open and a man wearing a dark blue bodysuit and black glasses.

"Honourable grandson," he said, "I have found you."

"You're the grandson of the old man?" Naruto asked.

"Yeah, so what," Konohamaru grumbled, "You're just like everyone else. They always treat me differently, after they find out who I am."

"We don't give a rat's ass, who you are," Naruto growled, before punching the boy through the wall behind him.

(End Flashback)

Ever since then, the boy followed him, hiding behind crappy disguises. He even convinced Naruto to teach him his Sexy Jutsu.

Naruto smirked at the boy's attempt at hiding himself and jumped to the wall behind the kid, crawling down to him.

"What are you doing, Konohamaru?" Naruto asked.

"Looks like you found me again, boss," he said, "That's why you're my rival."

"Anyway, you wanna go in and get some ramen."

"Sure."

Konohamaru ran into the shop, proving to Naruto, that he had been waiting for him to offer.
