Key Players

A list of Key Players in this story-line.

Each character will come with a UPP (Universal Personality Profile) from the old Traveler rulebooks and a brief description of their character. I like the feel of the UPP, it has the information/data driven technology. In my threads this UPP information is mostly available of the character's IP chip.

For those of you not familiar with the Traveler UPP (I had to pull out my old books and look it up)

The six primary characteristics of the character are quantified using a Hexadecimal number system 1-E where 7 is about average and the letters stand for 10 and up. The order of the statistics is Strength, Dexterity, Endurance, Intelligence, Education and Social Status.

So for example: Doctor Marque with a UPP of 7759AC has average strength and dexterity but is a little out of shape. He has above average intelligence, an excellent education and is part of the planetary ruling family.
