Rough Waters

As the coast of the eastern lands faded from view, Jade looked out to the horizon of the seemingly endless ocean and pondered what she would tell Kitana when she got to the rebellion's hideout. She knew Kitana would be very happy to see her alive and that that would make it easier to lie, as Kitana never think Jade would ever betray her, not after Jade confessed her romantic feelings to Kitana just before her she went off to fight Mileena. The fight that resulted in her untimely demise. Jade cringed at the memory of her own **** and decided to get some rest while the waters were peaceful. She headed to the small cabin where she eventually fell asleep.

A while later, Jade was awoken by a thunderous sound. The small fishing vessel was rocking violently and she quickly rand out of the cabin to see that she had sailed into a heavy storm and the deck of the boat was starting to fill with water. She knew if she didn't do something quick, the boat would sink and she'd be stranded in the middle of stormy waters.

Jade grabbed a bucket and began scooping up the water on the deck and pouring it out over the edge. She did this over and over, but it seemed to be of no use as the combined forces of the heavy rain and the violent waves were too much for her to keep up with. She knew the boat was going down and she knew it was happening quick so she frantically looked around for something to keep her afloat and found a life life preserver that seem to be made out of inflated animal skin. She held onto it for dear life as the vessel sank below her.

The powerful waves thrashed Jade around like she was a mere fly to be swatted. She held on to the life preserver and tightly as possible and prayed to the elder gods that she would survive. Eventually her arms began to tire and she lost grip of the life preserver. Now without anything to keep her afloat the angry waves pulled her under the surface of the water and as she struggled to fight against it, her vision began to dim and she lost consciousness.

What felt like an instant later to her, Jade woke violently as she coughed up briny sea water. As her vision cleared she saw that she was on the deck of a large ship with red sails donning the insignia of a black dragon's head. She was surround by several men and one woman. The beautiful woman had long red hair styled in pigtails and she was wearing tight black pants and a long black coat over a red bustier that shower over her cleavage. The woman stepped forward and addressed the men, "Looks like we've got ourselves a new ****, boys!" The men cheered and Jade wondered how she was going to get out of this.
