Tom approves and makes another change

Tom watched as Sarah made her way around the kitchen, seemingly a bit happier after coming back from the mansion a few hours ago and having showered and finished a brief nap, gave him a warm kiss on the cheek. When he asked why she was acting the way she was, Sarah just smiled again and shrugged before saying something about "it was about time he did it" and moved into the kitchen. Tom just stood there for a few moments before he turned and walked away into his office.

A few hours later, after Sarah had tried and then given up getting him to come out and talk with her, he turned his attention to the computer screen. He had known the approval was received quickly by Irene, Jerome had texted him that she was ecstatic and had quickly signed off on the video's release. Overnight, seemingly, the video had been uploaded and generated thousands of views and raked in a hefty 6 six-figure profit for the company. Irene had taken her cut, of course, and Amber had been given her share as well. Tom had no illusions about the money this time, taking it and placing it squarely into a second stash drawer that he had made underneath the floorboard in his office, someplace that he had moved the most recent envelopes into. Tom sighed and turned off the link and leaned back in the chair, holding the coin in his hands and looked back at the picture on his desk. The coin had altered every picture of Sarah, from the old one to the current younger version of Sarah, and there was enough changes in the way that Sarah now acted that told him that Amber was starting to creep into her mental state, regardless of the way that they had used and worded the coin. Tom just sighed again as he felt the coin starting to warm in his hand. He could use it to wish to change her back, to make things like this go away...but he supposed that Sarah had made this wish and try as he might, Tom had to admit that she was, in fact, much happier. But with the alternative facing him on the screen, it wasn't easy as well to admit that his wife was sleeping with other people too, even if the money was good.

Tom placed the coin back in his pocket as the door opened and Sarah walked into the room with a sheepish smile on her face. "LIsten...Tom..."

He looked at her. "Hm?"

"I was thinking about how we have things, you know...during the day I am Sarah but at night, I become Amber? I know this isn't what we talked about...but I wanted to ask if we could try something with the coin?" Tom made a show of listening to her explain herself and then, after thinking it over, asked her what she meant. "I wanted to see how it would be if I stayed as Amber...without going back to Sarah? I mean, I'll still be Sarah if you want...but I wanted to be Amber all of the time. I'm thinking about it during my work and I know it's impacting my client sessions. Tom took out the coin and then looked at her. "Are you sure you want this?"

Sarah smiled and nodded. "Yes...If I'm Amber, I can work during the day as well as night, including more shoots..."

He nodded and closed his hand around the coin. "I wish that Sarah would become Amber and not return to being Sarah again, without impacting Sarah's professional life or career while she is away, until I switch her back." Tom opened his eyes and turned to look at his wife again. "Okay, Amber?"

Amber smiled and gave her husband a long, lingering kiss. "Thank you, baby..."
