Britney challenges Lauren to drinking contest

As the afternoon wore on and the boat party progressed, everyone seemed to be having a good time, even the uptight Lauren. Everyone except Britney. Britney sulked bitterly and sadly, watching Lauren and Brad hit it off and everyone laughing and enjoying themselves. All she wanted was to have fun today with her friends and peers. That’s why she chose to go tubing first. But all of a sudden, her bikini top flew off, exposing her breast. She really hoped people didn’t get a good look. Despite having a hot body, Britney is modest and has a fear of being naked and humiliated in public. She only acted like it didn’t bother her too much because she was high on adrenaline and didn’t want people to know her fear and try to humiliate her even more. Unfortunately, Lauren managed to take advantage of the situation and convince them that she purposely became topless. Now everyone thinks she’s a slut.

Britney looks back at Lauren and Brad and experiences the same anger and jealousy Lauren felt earlier. Since high school, Britney and Lauren have been feuding for social status and for Brad’s attention. They both spread rumors and played pranks on each other. Anything that would help them get the guy they want and embarrass the other. Britney felt some anger toward Lauren, but for some reason feels no hatred towards her. She used to feel hatred toward Lauren, but during her senior year of high school, it went away. Instead, some other feeling entered her heart. She started feeling some enjoyment towards her rival’s personality. Maybe it was a desire for friendship. Or maybe something even more.

Britney brushes that thought off for now. Right now, she needs to find a way to get payback on Lauren. Britney gets up and goes to the cooler to grab a drink, while she thinks of what to do. After opening the cooler, she spotted a bottle of strong vodka inside. Britney smiled as an idea of how to get back at Lauren popped into her head. She’s going to challenge Lauren to a drinking contest. Lauren will accept and will end up getting super drunk. Once that happens, everyone can have fun embarrassing her. Heck, she’ll probably embarrass herself.

Britney grabbed the bottle of vodka and walked right toward Lauren.

“Hey, Lauren. Let’s have a drinking contest, shall we,” Brittany said while waving the bottle.

“No way. Why in the world would I want to have a drinking contest with you?” Lauren scoffed as her hands rested on her hips.

“Yeah, you’re right,” Britney said with feigned indifference. “ We all know you’re too weak to handle liquor.

Lauren glared at Britney. She always feels anger towards Britney, although sometimes she feels a little bit of something else. But now, She’s angrier than normal. She hates being told she can’t do something and always feels the urge to prove them wrong. This urge stems from her own insecurities about herself. Britney just called her too weak to handle ****, and Lauren is determined to prove her wrong. She glances at Brad and sees he is interested in hearing her answer.

Lauren looks Britney straight in the eyes and retorts “Fine. Hope you’re ready to lose.”

Britney nods and leads Lauren to a table nearby with some unused shot glasses. Brad followed to see the contest. A few others were also interested in what was going on. Britney smiled with excitement as she and Lauren got ready. There’s no way Lauren can beat her at this contest. Right?
