College code of conduct

All this talk about rules made Josh think about the new rules his college kept instituting. "Low-riding pants on men are indecent and are not allowed." It was ridiculous.

What was indecent was all the sexy cockteases on campus wearing short dresses and flashing their panties at him without putting out. There was the redhead Elena in Psychology, the blonde Claire in Film Studies, and even the gorgeously mocha-skinned Professor Eloise Petit in Modern French-African Literature. They all had a tendency to wear ultra-short skirts and dresses that distracted him from his studies with no reward.

Problem 1 - Panties. Maybe that was something he could solve.

Josh tapped on the screen and started typing:

"1. College girls are expected to not wear any bras or panties."

That might backfire, though. The one thing Josh didn't want was for girls at his school to cover up more.

"2. College girls are expected to only wear a top and a bottom that don't cover the midriff, a dress that doesn't go below mid-thigh, or nothing at all.

He needed a way to get at all that teasing girl-flesh.

"3. College guys are deputised as prefects to police their female classmates and ensure the girls aren't wearing illicit panties underneath their clothes by means of random inspections."

There. Josh got up from the armchair in the student centre. Already, the ladies seemed to be wearing a lot less. It was time for him to stop one for a random inspection.
