Lauren is getting angry

Lauren was furious. She didn't know what sort game her coworkers were playing, but she was not going to tolerate this sort of condescending humor! Not while she was boss!

"Alright you two, the jokes over!" Lauren growled. "Now you better shut your traps, do your job, or I'm speaking to the owner and getting you both fired! Is that understood?"

Both women looked down at Lauren, with a mix of shock and annoyance.

"What a little brat!" Scoffed Megan.

"Yeah, playtime is over little girl." Vanessa rolled her eyes. "Now why don't you go bother someone else?"

Lauren was fuming so much you could practically see smoke pouring from her head.

"That's it! I'm going to speak with the owner!" Lauren growled. She stomped away as the other two watched her with growing amusement...
