Was it Sansa?
Yes and Jon's Gift Suit her well

Jon stared as his lovely sister entered the room with the exquisitely made gown that he had gifted her. And he could quickly tell that he was not the only one that was watching her, spellbound, as the Great Hall grew silent.
She turned her eyes to him, and they shone brightly as she gave him the widest smile he had ever seen on her beautiful face.
“I have never had such a regal dress, Jon,” Sansa told him. “Not even close. And I love it! Thank you so very much!”
Jon smiled back and got closer to her.
“Well, after one of my ships returned from trading in White Harbor a few moons ago, it came to my attention that a betrothal between you and the crowned Prince Joffrey Baratheon had just been announced,” He admitted. “So, I thought to myself, if you are to become the first Queen of the Seven Kingdoms to hail from House Stark, then you should have a magnificent gown that represents your Northern heritage. So, I got a team of fine minds from the Free Cities of Tyrosh and Qohor to design this piece for you. I am so glad you like it.
Sansa beamed at him, although Jon could tell that there was a hint of hesitation in her gaze. He doubted anyone else noticed but then again, he knew enough to look for it…and the cause behind it.
Arya was the next person in the Great Hall to find her voice. “Huh. I don’t say this often, but I have to admit that dress suits you very well, sister. And I like the diadem! You have great taste, brother,” She added as she looked at the top of her red mane.
Sansa and Jon chuckled almost simultaneously at the comment of their stubborn and dress-averse little sister.
“I will definitely take that as a very high compliment,” Captain Snow responded with a grin. “And in case it wasn’t clear, that diadem shaped in the form of one direwolf propping the other one up? It is made of reforged Valyrian Steel by one of the knowledgeable smiths of Qohor.”
Eyes widened across the hall as he said that. Then, he saw his father smile contently. “A direwolf propping up another,” Ned mused. “Good symbolism there, Jon. After all, when the snows fall and the white winds blows, the lone wolf dies but the pack survives.”
Jon shrugged. “Well, it is the Stark sigil. It felt appropriate. But, speaking of appropriate,” He said while taking a few steps closer to his lovely sister. “I commissioned the metallic bodice to be made in such a way that it looks like the growing branches of a weirwood tree,” He added, as he gestured at her chest.

Sansa looked down for a moment before smiling again at him. “It is a very intricate work,” She remarked. “So much so that it looks almost like a delicate armor. Thank you so much!”
Then she shook her head and wiped away a tear that she couldn’t help but shed. And soon, she embraced him in a firm hug, her body warm and soothing to the touch.
“I am so, so sorry, Jon,” She whispered in his ear. “Can you forgive me?”
The Bastard of Winterfell sighed as he felt closer to her than ever before. “There is nothing to forgive, sister. I know it wasn’t your fault.”
“But…you had to leave because of my mistake,” She murmured, sounding guilty.
“Yes, but I still managed to save you that day on Bear Island,” Jon responded softly. “And that alone made it all worth it. So, stop blaming yourself. Or I am taking the diadem back,” He added in a teasing tone.
Sansa couldn’t help but laugh at that, her voice sounding more than simply merry as they broke away. And he could see it on her now more relaxed face. She felt as if a weight had been lifted from her shoulders. And he should know, for he felt the same now that he was finally able to talk to her after so long.
He sighed contently and then raised his glass of ale.
“To Sansa Stark, future Queen of the Seven Kingdoms!” He toasted. “I know she will make all of us Northerners proud of her. Cheers!”
“Cheers!” Echoed every other voice in the Great Hall.
And with that, Sansa approached her father with grace, looking every inch like the regal queen she would one day be. Because Jon had meant what he said in his toast. He knew, in his heart, that Sansa would be a great Queen one day.
He simply omitted to mention that the king that would rule at her side wouldn't actually be Joffrey Baratheon…
A/N: Well, hope you enjoyed this one and the implications therein :D
Regardless, the next chapter will finally give some additional explanation in more concrete terms, including the nature behind Jon's "Secret Weapon" that he called Khūra in the first chapter. Hope you like the future developments too and, as always, please review.
