"Marks are given to champions or those we feel are not just worthy, but needed in a given time. The greatest person will not even be marked if there is no need for the mark to be made. As the years go on, the need for marks have begun to diminish while the quality of a person has also diminished greatly." The voice sighed. "What was once a selection of champions in body, mind and spirit have now become a choice between the three. Some believe in one more than the other. "So if you are agreeing to 'meddle' can't you at least tell me who is hunting me?"
