Pretty rough

The two soldiers backed away from each other slightly, catching their breath. Adam lifted his fists and assumed an antagonistic position. "Let's go, luv."

Cammy lifted her hands as well. She wasn't aware of the extent of Shadow Ape's abilities in that regard, but Adam also didn't know that Cammy had always been the top pupil in her hand-to-hand class.

The soldiers circled with their eyes locked on each other's. As they were both trained to blot out extraneous noises and distractions, the audience seemed to fade away.

Shadow took the offensive by moving in and rapidly striking Cammy in the face. The man was so fast that Cammy barely had time to attempt a block. She did that, but Adam's fist still connected with her jaw. Cammy retreated a step and let Shadow advance, a ploy she used to turn defense into offense. As Adam leaned in for the punch, Cammy kicked out her right leg and slammed it into his sternum.

The former SAS felt the blow and stumbled backward. Cammy didn't stop there. She continued to advance, utilizing two quick punches, followed by a kick to the chest. But Shadow had a few moves of his own that surprised Cammy. The Aussie had a nasty underpunch that the blond couldn't manage to block.

They continued to spar for several minutes, delivering and accepting punishment in what seemed to be an essentially even match. It wasn't long before both opponents could anticipate what the other soldier would do. The fight was evidently a draw.
