You close your eyes. For a moment, it is quiet and dark, until you feel Mark's hand on your side. It sends tingles through you. You're vaguely aware of the feeling of Pauly's eyes on you. If you stay still for a just a little bit longer, you're pretty sure Pauly will call cut, and you and Mark will probably leave and drive to one of his single-bedroom houses to get the experiment started. But if you acknowledge the hand, you could explore some more of this before the long haul.
