You lean back and then forward as hard as you can; it's not much, but it's enough to get your feet under you. You want to get up and see if you can throw yourself backwards to the mat, maybe even into a ringpost, but Helene wisely just lets go of the scissors and rolls away to her feet. You climb up to your feet as well, breathing heavily. Helene dances around you in a circle, fists up, with a smirk on her face you really want to wipe off.
