Piledriver!

You release the hold and climb off Helene, pulling her up to her feet again. You bend her over and pull her head inbetween your legs. It's harder than you thought it'd be, but you lift her up for the piledriver and nail her with it - it's a beauty! Her head slams into the mat with enough **** to knock her silly.

You almost can't believe it as you get to your feet and look down at Helene's unmoving body - you've won! When her eyes open, she's looking up at you in a mixture of resignation and fear. You can do whatever you want with her now.
