Pay a house call

As I was leaving the office, I overheard a few ladies talking about how lovely it was that Jerry's girlfriend was pregnant but how unfortunate it was that she was stuck with Jerry of all people. "Hello," Jerry's wife Shelly said "How can I help you?"
