What do you do next?
Patience is a virtue. (Wait it out in the tree)
Now that the attention of the leeches are diverted you can get out of their range of scens by climbing the tree. Tucking your penis back to where it belongs and fastening your belt you sling your shield onto your back and begin scaling the gnarled barren tree.
Your bare feet leave toe shaped smears down the bark of the tree but you make it up without too much difficulty, and find a surprisingly comfortable niche between it's branches. Resting your back against a sturdy branch, kicking up your feet you let them air dry, you watch the writhing leaches in the shallows.
After a couple of minutes the waters calm, but you can still see the tell tale ripples on the water surface, indicating that your little patch of land is still surrounded.
A ray of sunlight breaks the clouds and you feel yourself become drowsy as you relax.

You are an individual of a poor house who is exploring the revolting swamp where the kingdom dumps all its waste and anything else disgusting. They call it he CessPonds. Somewhere within lies the treasure of a careless nobleman who' chest of gold and jewels was mistakenly lost, but many nasty and strange things call this place home. Any number of them could quickly end your quest. Can you make it through the swamp and retrieve the riches or become another victim of the CessPond's inhabitants? That's up to you.
