Paperwork...

You take the clipboard and move to the nearest chair to fill out the sheet she's given you. It's the usual doctors visit stuff, insurance, name, etc. and you fly through it until you hit the part that asks for the nature of your visit... You don't want to put down the truth and embarass yourself so you decide to leave it blank... Finally finished you head back to the nurses desk amd hand her the paperwork. "Let's see....." She says as she glances over your info. "Oops" she says as bubbily as before. "It seems you forgot to fill out why exactly you're visiting us today, I need to know so Dr. Miller knows how to treat you best". You blush as you scratch the back of your head and try to come up with a reason... "Ummm..." You start off weakly as she stares at you waiting for your reply. "I'm having some... Male issues..." You grumble out quietly. "I'm sorry sir I didn't hear you" she says in a friendly tone. "I...I'm having some male issues" you say louder amd more clearly. The nurses eyes open a bit as she looks at you, her eyes darting up and down your body briefly as she does so. "Okay sir, just let me fill that in for you......" She says stifling a giggle... "Annnnd done! You can have a seat again and Dr. Miller will be out for you shortly". You turn around and walk back to your seat, as you sit down you swear you can hear the nurses laughing in their station.... After several minutes of waiting the door on the otherside of the room opens...
