"Well." Pam pulled into his driveway. "We're here."

"Actually, I'm in that building in the back."

"The garage?"

"It's not a garage. It just looks that way."

"You live in someone's garage. I mean, I knew you weren't rich but I had no idea you were, well..."

"Pathetic?"

"That isn't the word I was looking for.

"We get by," Matt said.

"Must suck to be you, though."

"Don't tell Cindi, okay?"

"You're keeping a lot of secrets from her."

"Yeah. Well, that's not completely my fault. Uh..." he swallowed. "Can I kiss you?"
