You magic item is an enchanted pair of shoes. These grant the wearer the ability to walk up walls or anything vertical, on water, and on acidic substance that would normally melt right through them. They also grant the wearer enhanced speed, it's not magic super speed but still faster than what you can manage on your own, and it also allows you to jump higher than most buildings in your town.
