Out on the street

Lauren was in a daze as her sister put an arm around her shoulder, guiding her to the door.

"Have fun out there!" Gen said over the openly laughing salon of women. They were amazed and amused by the transformation Lauren had undergone. Most had heard of Lauren, and from the negative stories Vanessa told them, they were happy to see her exposed as a fraud. Gen was also very proud of her work.

Lauren, utterly baffled, was led out of the salon by her sister and the half dozen other bikini clad women, all towering over her as she stumbled out awkwardly. Her bare feet shuffled on the rough concrete sidewalk. She blinked like a mole in the daylight, her pale form shining brightly under the intense light.

"Hey!" A voice said. All the women whipped around. Lauren's jaw dropped.

"No, not you, not now!" She exclaimed in shock as someone approached.
