"Does your husband know?" the older male doctor asked her

Sarah burst into tears, " No! and he cant! I just dont know what im going to do if he finds out!"

"Well.." the doctor said "their are options, you will just need good medical coverage."

"Oh god, he will see the medical bills if i do anything. He might think im trying to get rid of HIS kid. or maybe he will get suspicious..." she began talking to herself panicked
