One more couldn't hurt

Sam decided he would follow her for a bit. He had been snapping pictures for a few hours now, and he never really watched the effects for more than a few minutes. He followed the woman deeper into the mall, seeing where she seemed to be going. As he followed her he looked into store after store, seeing so many opportunities ahead of him. While he followed her he noticed a woman in a similar sweat suit walking in the opposite direction. Seeing the larger woman, she began waving as she walked over to her.

"Hey Jess! Glad you could make it for the walk today!" The woman said as she began to walk alongside the waddling woman. Sam's ears perked up. Her name was Jess. He followed behind eavesdropping on their conversation.

"Hey Rachel!" I have to go on these walks. These pounds won't lose themselves! Plus I gotta keep up my strength if I ever want to keep up with you!" Jess joked as she continued to slowly waddle through the mall.

Throughout their conversation Sam learned a lot about the two. They were both single, both worked for an accounting firm of some sort, and they both walked the mall on their days off to try to shed some weight.

Having learned this Sam wondered why the device made them gain weight instead of losing it. "So it's not something the person wants that affects the change. Is it just random?" He wondered. Pulling the phone up again he got Jess in frame and snapped a picture.

Jess' body suddenly expanded mid step. Her body went from being round to more hourglass shaped. As her foot hit the ground her body began to jiggle like a holiday jello.

"Do you mind if we pick up the pace a bit Jess? Gotta get our heart rate up if we want any results!" Rachel said as she walked just a bit ahead of Jess.

Hearing that Sam could only feel like Rachel was being a bit rude to who he thought was her friend. "She's going as fast as she can. Maybe we should slow you down some." He thought to himself as he pointed the phone at Rachel now.
