Officer Ralph

Sam was pleasantly surprised to see the familiar sight of Officer Ralph walk through the door, she held herself very professionally and was once again in her full uniform. "Good afternoon Ms Ralph" Officer Ralph held her Formal stance

"That is Officer Ralph to you, Mr Morningstar"

Sam smiled at her "Please, Officer Ralph, take a seat..." The Officer shook her head stubbornly, it seemed she planned on being a bit more wilful this time.

Sam sighed as he stood from his chair, "I do love the strong-willed, Officer Ralph..." Sam strolled around his desk closer to Monica "...They pose an interesting challenge, making it all the better once I break through to them..." Sam came up behind Monica grasping her left tit and waist, making her yelp Girlishly, "...But, some people, people like you, are not strong of will..." Monica began to moan a little as he started to slowly massaged her breast and rub along her hips "...now that doesn't mean that I don't like reaping the benefits a bit quicker than others, but I don't like it when the Weak-willed try and act strong..." Sam stopped making Monica Moan with anticipation and walked her over to the chair "...So do us both a favour and don't pretend, Now sit!" Sam pushed her down into the Seat, slowly making his way back behind his desk.

Officer Ralph was red and breathing rather heavily, Sam sat looking at her "Right, now we got that cleared up... Officer Ralph..." she exhaled regaining some composure

"Monica... please"

Sam nodded "-Monica, I was curious about your role as an Officer..." She seemed confused

"Oh?"

"Well, You said that you wanted to be a model, well I can arrange that... for a favour in turn" She removed her hat and let down her smooth light brown hair

"Well yes, but I didn't feel like I was good looking enough, I'm not very tall and I have always been little camera shy, and since my Dad is The Chief of the Police department here, it was easy to get into the ****, plus I thought it would be cool: Hot Fuzz, 21 jump street and so on..."

Sam rubbed his chin as he thought "Well, how about we make a deal..." Monica seemed intrigued "I'm listening..." Sam clicked his fingers and laying in front of Monica was... you guessed it!

"That contract states that if you can get the Law to provide myself and this Club, special treatment, if you will, then I will not only provide the Precinct with funds, but I will do my best to get you some Modelling work..."

Monica's face burst with happiness "A-Are you serious?" Sam nodded "Someone get me a Pen!" she said happily, only to notice the Black Fountain pen next to the contract, Monica picked it up and prepared to sign,

"Remember, I need the Law to stay out of my way...."

Monica nodded "Oh I can definitely do that, My Step-Dad is an old Perv, he'll do what I ask if i flash him a bit of skin!"

Sam laughed "Good, now go ahead and sign." Monica lent down writing her signature on the old looking contract.

after she did so the two disappeared, "What the-"

Sam stood, "Well then Monica, I am looking forward to our partnership, now if you will see yourself out..." She stood though hesitantly, Apollyon got the door for her, She seemed as if she were going to leave, but turned back

"Mr Morningstar... can I see you again soon?" Sam's eyes thinned as a sly smiled came over him

"Of course.... how about tomorrow Night, meet me by the Bar at 9:00" she smiled to herself as she nodded her way out of the door.
