Officer Hobble

Middleton's finest appeared in a few episodes – usually just for Kim to turn a captured villain over to. He appears tough but villains tended to escape pretty quickly. He looks slightly overweight, but it is probably protective gear. He usually appears in fanfiction in much the same way he appeared in canon, Kim captures villain, Hobble takes custody, villain escapes.

At least one fanfiction has him paired with Shego, having met her during various arrests. Col. Kink suggested perhaps the best use of Hobble: stopping cheerleaders for minor violations and giving them an option other than a ticket. It was a cold night and Kim instructed the passenger to, ‟Keep the engine running.” apparently she'd been bent over the hood before and knew what to expect... (But in which hole?)

Someone heading home a bit tipsy from a party and Hobble shoves an unusual breathalyzer down her throat...
