Off to Pearson's Perfections

Enzo had been to the Salt Bay branch of Pearson’s Perfections before, just like every other Local in Salt Bay.

Pearson’s clinics were known worldwide as one of the leaders in the fields of body modding and mental conditioning. They could be found "perfecting" the residents of nearly every OZ, for the right price... But they had a special relationship with the people of Salt Bay.

As a virtual theme park for Alphas and a premiere sex tourism destination, Salt Bay had some unique logistical challenges: OZID badges, business licensing, Locals’ employment and modification records… The list went on. Pacific City’s government had partnered with Pearson’s Perfections to administer all of these aspects of Salt Bay, in return for 30% of the suburb’s tourism profits. In Salt Bay, they weren't just a glorified cosmetic surgery clinic: they were an institution.

Their building reflected all that, of course. The Pearson’s facility in Salt Bay took up an entire city block, appearing less like a neighborhood mod clinic and more like an actual hospital... Which it was, in fact, providing full medical services to the surrounding area.

Enzo had first come here when the Slaters were re-located to Salt Bay. He and his mother had their physicals and were issued their OZID badges, officially branding them Locals. Meanwhile, Enzo's father Terrence was led away to the feminization ward, to be prepared for his new life as a cumdump named Titania.

On that occasion, Enzo had come through one of the entrances designated for Locals. The interior hadn’t seemed that different from the any other set of waiting rooms or doctor’s offices he’d been to before.

This time, however, Gary brought them straight into the mod clinic through one of the Alpha entrances... A very different experience.

Plush carpets, marble tiles, free champagne, and half-dressed hotties set the tone. Most of the employee uniforms were more like lingerie, with every possible variant of "slutty secretary" and "naughty nurse" on display. It was almost like one of the casinos down on Resort Row... Only here, the women were even more touched-up. Nearly every staff member was a walking advertisement for body mods, from the subtle to the ****.

As Enzo sat down to wait, he noticed something odd: despite all the exposed flesh strutting and bouncing around, there wasn't any actual sex going on. As a result, the atmosphere was almost business-like.

Enzo waited for a few minutes, his hand resting on Allie's. Gary had allowed them both to tag along for Esther's appointment, and the nervous Local boy was glad for his girlfriend's support.

Finally, a pair of clinic staff approached them. Both had lab coats, but that was about the only similarity. One was a balding, middle-aged man with a friendly smile, but the woman next to his was a tall, statuesque brunette with think glasses. Compared to some of the other female clinic staff, her look seemed almost understated with hair pulled back into a functional ponytail. Her lab coat was closed, but also seemed to be made from a much sheerer fabric than her companion's, as Enzo could make out the shape of her body, and clearly see a set of dark nipples where her tits threatened to burst the whole thing open. A pair of black heels, and a set of dark stockings completed the look, and Enzo could just make out a set of matching black panties peeking out as her coat swished along with her walk. Apparently "slutty scientist" was a look now.

“Mr Aleph?” The man approached Gary, glancing at his clipboard. “2:30 consultation and pre-mod exam for Esther Slater?”

“That’s us, Doc,” Gary confirmed.

“Excellent. Follow me through here, and Nurse Banning will take your other guests to their informational session."

Enzo was confused; Gary hadn’t mentioned anything about this...
