You laugh a little. You hadn't expected such an easy question.
"The 25th of October in 1984 of course" you tell the DJs, smiling.
"That's right!" Jay says, playing a sound effect of a bell ringing. You feel as if you're in some bad tv-quiz. Well, you are, in a way.

"Tell us a little about yourself, John?" Doug asks you.
"Well, I'm a student at my local university. I study musical history and when I'm not doing that, I work out a lot. Oh, and I work at a record store as salesman' you tell him.
"So you know exactly how many Katy Perry albums are sold, huh?"
"At our store, yes. Quite a lot" you say. You obviously do not add that you push a lot of her albums on people who are unsure on what to buy.

"Right, are you ready for the next question?" Jay chimes in.
You nod then remember you're talking to someone on the phone. "Yes" you simply answer.
"Good, then here's the next question"
