You are a Null. Most people possess some sort of magical ability yours is just the opposite. You passively neutralise magic around you and drain lacrimas and other magic objects of their energy if you come into contact with them. This had made growing up really challenge in a world where everyone relies on magic to do just about everything. Since you can't even touch magical objects this makes you extremely clever and creative about solving all kinds of problems that people normally would just use magic to solve.
