You quickly head back to the room where you left Lab Coat, uncertain of what you will find. As you step through the door, you immediately notice she's gone. The only sign she was there is a pool of Infected cum mixed with her juices on the floor. Swearing, you immediately raise your pistol, hoping it still has ammunition in it, and spin around, looking back and forth down the hallway. Your ears strain as you attempt to listen for any signs of movement or breathing, but you can hear nothing but the pounding of your own heart, and your heavy breathing.

You're left with a terrifying dilemma: Attempt to locate Lab Coat, in the hopes she is still human, or get the hell out of here, before you find she's something else.
