Chapter 14 by daciasdesire daciasdesire

Is Robyn worried over nothing?

Nothing to fear.

As it turned out Robyn had nothing to fear at all and her worries were for nothing with Michael arriving to see her a little early if anything.

Robyn said goodbye to Emma with a cheeky, “don’t bother waiting up.”

To which she was told, “Ha fat chance of that.”

But the barbs were good natured and Robyn jumped in the girl’s station wagon with Robyn driving this time.

The couple headed into town as there wasn’t really a whole lot to do in these small country towns besides work, surf and the pub. Emma and Michael had been to the pub already for lunch so Robyn didn’t want to be seen walking in there with him on his second date of the day. Small town were notorious for gossip and she didn’t want either of them to get a reputation. Emma could do that for herself anyway.

They stopped at fish and chip shop and picked up some takeaway to share and Robyn suggested they drive back out to the point to eat it. Robyn knew the way to the sea as it was her second home she considered. Getting close she could smell the fresh briny sea area and it filled her young lungs with life.

Having not brought a picnic blanket, Robyn and Michael sat next to each other on a wooden bench overlooking the sea. They opened out the paper packet between them and ate the rather tasty seafood basket they had ordered. Robyn loved chicken salt on her chips and she discovered that Michael hate vinegar on his just as she did. The serving was just the perfect amount for two leaving neither of them too full or still hungry.

Robyn bundled the rubbish up and placed it in a near by yellow bin. She returned to Michael and took the place of the takeaway, sitting herself next to him. It was a natural response for them to leave into each other so that their shoulders were touching.

“I love the sound of the ocean,” Robyn told Michael. “I can’t imagine living anywhere else than by the sea.”

“Your right. It’s perfect sitting right here with you,” he told her as he lent in and kissed Robyn on the lips.

Robyn’s heart doubled its beat in an instant as she returned the kiss. She reached her arms out to take a hold of Michael’s strong body. The heat coming from him matched the heat of her passion. The kiss continued long with neither of them wanting to be the one to break away first. It was Robyn though would couldn’t continue and had to stop so that her smile could take over her face.

The interlude was brief as she went right back to kissing his lips. Kissing brought hugging until Robyn reached her hands up to the sides of Michael's neck. She could feel his heart beat racing too and she turned to him completely, rising so she could straddle his waist and sit on his lap to make out.

Robyn however felt something pointy and sharp coming from Michaels pocket as she sat down on him.

“Ouch, what is that?” she said breaking the kiss and going to stand up.

What is it she felt?
