Nope

All you see is the trappings one would expect of a hunter’s cabin. A place to chop firewood, nearby being the pile of it. There was a place to cut and skin kills, a leather rack, a place to cook outside or to dry meats. There was a small tool shed too.

Looking through the window, Marius could see the hunter inside. He was checking the functionality of his bow while eating some sort of meal. At least it was way to find the man.

The Rune Blade went to the door and knocked on it firmly. A gruff and irritated voice sounded out from within, “The fucking hell do you want!?”

Marius only responded calmly, “I’m here following up on some rumors I heard of you seeing something strange in the woods. I am investigating the **** of the carpenter.”

There was a pause of silence, however the Rune Blade’s enhanced hearing picked up the sound of the hunter approaching the door.

The door opened up and the hunter looked Marius up and down. He didn’t appear to be taken aback by the Rune Blade’s appearance or presence. He just seemed annoyed to have his activities interrupted.

“You lookin’ into what happened to that poor sod? Bleh...glad somebody is. Awful business that.”

It seemed the holy politics of the world was not of concern to this man. That, Marius could appreciate. It made his job way easier.

Marius nodded his head, “I was hoping to figure out what happened before a mob, or a witch hunter, or some Inquisitor decided to just punish someone they didn’t like and let the real murderer go. I heard you saw something involving a cave that could lead me to them.”
