Non-Revelations

"I think we can all agree that a session would be really helpful right now," Willow had told us.

As I sat outside the library, I couldn't agree more. Things had not gone well. Everyone knew about Angel now. Faith was hurt by what had happened between them and the fake Watcher. Things were difficult.

I'd actually been really relieved when Willow called us all together. Even Faith didn't argue, the prospect of a hypnosis session brightened the mood for everyone. Having it at that the library was unusual, but Giles was currently away contacting the Council in case there were any other important 'memos' that might have been missed.

With so many secrets in my life, I was glad for these moments. At least the hypnosis sessions were honest.

Though...

A few things had been troubling me. With Angel I got uncomfortable when he touched me. I mean, that made sense, nothing to worry about there. Angel and I shouldn't even be close to each other. We had agreed on that. But it felt weird when he touched. Xander had been groping me, rubbing my pussy, slipping fingers inside of me...and it was all very normal.

He was a friend. Angel wasn't a friend. At least, not that type of friend.

And Willow. She had groped me a few times as well. Normal friend stuff. A kiss and boob grab as way of greeting. But her and Cordy had been getting a lot closer. On multiple occasions I had seen Willow lead Cordelia away and when Willow returned she was looking a lot happier, though sometimes sweaty.

"Hey, you're up," Cordelia said as she exited the library.

It felt like something was on the edge of my mind right then. Oh well, I could get to it after the session.

I walked as Xander laid out the options for us. "We're reinforcing ideas in this session. Time to build things back up. Take a seat, Buff," Xander told me.

He gestured me very close to Faith. I thought she would mind, but her eyes still had a lack of focus to them. I shrugged, it wasn't like I'd mind once I was under anyway.

I looked at the options Willow had presented to Cordelia and Faith, "Going a little hard on me there."

"It was Willow's idea," Xander defended. "Focusing on recent events makes the commands work better."

I nodded as I looked at the choices given for Faith and I:

This is one of the few times I didn't go with the vote total. I had already written the first half of the next chapter, and option A for Buffy/Faith was in the lead, but I forgot to delete the link, and then there was a strong push for option B. I debated whether to delete and rewrite it, but had committed on the story direction it took.
