No she does not

Kushina is strapped to the bed and can barely move. She notices mechanical hands descending from the ceiling holding long fluffy feathers and she instantly panics and starts to thrash around trying to escape the bindings. As she struggles the straps holding her down get tighter and take away any movement she had left. She can only lay there and watch in panic as the feathers descend and start to tickle her....
