In case you don't know and have chosen this at random or because the name sounds funny, Gacha Gacha (or Gachax2) is a virtual reality machine developed as the be-all and end-all of video games. In it, players can experience realistic events such as adventures, combat and dating, the latter being the most popular. Normally, Gachax2 offers this and nothing more, but every once in a great while, it malfunctions. When this happens, the player is changed drastically in the real world.

The first incident occurred during beta testing when the system developer's daughter, Kurara (or Clara), was given multiple personalities and eventually physical transformation, neither of which she was in control of. The personalities attempted to take over her body and only her friend Kouhei's help saved her.

The second incident happened to Hatsushiba Akira, an everyteen from Tokyo. This time, it changed him from male to female, though he soon gained some control over it. The trigger was his sneezing.
