New Abilities

The group was  busy discussing the types of possible mutations, but Lisa was uninterested. She sat in her disheveled blouse & panties on one of the couches.

She had a headache, and all the commotion wasn't helping she turned toward the other doctors to ask them to quiet down when she noticed that no one was speaking.

Wonderful, voices in my head. I've had a psychotic  break.

Pausing Lisa realized she was hearing the thoughts of the other people the room.

She called the group over and explained the new development. Dr Swanson was seated out of Lisa's view.

Stop! Lisa snapped and turned. Swanson was frozen in place. Lisa had pushed the thought into his head.

Mark tried to grab Lisa, suddenly a potted plant flew across the room and crashed into his head rendering him ****.
