Though this world is highly divided, it is to your benefit as thanks the massive amount of division between the many different countries that exist in this world; there is no end to the possible choices and recruits that you have on offer.

Though you notice that many of the male ninjas that exist within this world are rather… Problematic... to say the least. As many of the possible candidates that are men are either highly perverted, lazy as all hell, or are just completely psychotic and are in no way or shape trustworthy.

So, you have no real choice but to choose from the female ninjas that exist within this world. However, that’s not to say that the possible recruits that remain would be open to the idea of conquering worlds, let alone the idea of the Tantric battery as you’ve seen the rather… Violent... reactions that the women of this world have to anything that they consider perverted and unfortunately for you the Tantric battery fits that description to a T.

However, the risk of physical **** is one that you’re more than willing to take as you immediately draw up the first three ninjas that come to mind. Coincidentally all three of these ninjas come from the hidden leaf Village and could easily be hired out with a contract.

1. Sakura Haruno: Sakura Haruno, the pink brawler, and the apprentice to the Slug Princess herself Tsunade. Sakura has gone through quite a transformation since her days of being a genin in team 7, to start off with; little Miss Haruno is no longer an annoying fangirl. That little problem of hers was beaten out of her by her teacher with the rather harsh, but effective methods of discipline, i.e. lady Tsunade using the poor girl as a punching bag to relieve some of the stress of being the kage of the hidden leaf.

It is through this harsh training that Sakura became an actual credible asset to team seven, as the once annoying and bitchy pink haired weak link of team seven has now become a veritable powerhouse of strength and is capable of amazing feats of superhuman strength and endurance. Though this is not the limit to Sakura’s abilities as with her physical training under the Slug Princess, also came extensive medical training which has turned the pink haired brawler into a skilled doctor who can perform practically any type of medical procedure. However, that’s not to say that Sakura hasn’t lost her bitchyness, As demonstrated by her many, many, many attacks on naruto’s person for ill-conceived slights against her or women in general…

2. Hinata Hyuuga: The shy heiress to the Hyuuga clan, Hinata is an **** introvert, so much so that if she sees a boy that she likes her entire face goes cherry-red, and she will promptly pass out. However, despite her flaw of shyness, Hinata is perhaps one of the most dangerous and skilled kunoichis of her generation. This strength stems from the fact that she is the heir apparent to her clan and as such has been trained to not only take the reins and lead her clan when the time comes but also to be strong enough to defend it if the worst were to happen.

Her clan, The Hyuuga, all possess a specialized bloodline trait known as the Byakugan, a very powerful bloodline ability that gives its users a specialized 360° x-ray vision ability that can often see out into great distances depending on the experience and training of the user. That’s not to say that the Byakugan is all seeing as it does have one flaw, that being a small blind spot at the base of the neck. Despite this flaw, the Byakugan is extremely powerful and in a trained users hands it allows someone to see the very insides of a target allowing them to strike at specialized weak points or pressure points throughout the entire body that can cause a catastrophic collapse or cause the unfortunate individual to feel an unimaginable amount of pain. Despite the advantages of this ability, the heiress is a rather kind and gentle soul who would rather quickly knock out an enemy then kill them. As a result, Hinata is perhaps the most levelheaded of the three choices that come to your mind.

3. Ino Yamanaka: The gossip queen of the hidden leaf, Ino is a rather playful and trendy young woman who loves a good story and can’t resist a pretty face. Though that’s not to say that the young blonde is completely useless as she is the heiress to the Yamanaka clan, a clan of specialized interrogators, this specialization is due to the fact that the Yamanaka clan carries a specialized bloodline trait. This specialized trait is the ability to walk within a person’s mind and even take control of the helpless and hapless victim.

However, this trait has to be trained and harnessed properly as the control and invasion of somebody’s mind can be fought off by someone with a strong enough will, though this weakness does not diminish the Yamanaka clan’s ability, as, like the Byakugan, it will grow in power with the more experience and training that the individual has. For the sole reason, Ino is perhaps one of the best options when it comes to possible recruits as she has the ability to make your invasions far easier by weakening the enemy from within.

4. Team Bacchikoi!!!: Enlist the aid of all three kunoichis as a full team. This option is an **** risk as your confident that you could control and detain one of the kunoichis if they decide to betray you, but all three? The probability of the three overpowered ninjas defeating you in a fight reaches an uncomfortably high degree of possibility.

With these three hidden leaf kunoichi listed out your mind immediately draws to the other possible kunoichi that you could recruit one other kunoichi that also has some (somewhat strained) ties to the hidden leaf. However if you do recruit her it will have to be before she is approached by the main good guy of this world to become hokage.

5. Tsunade Senju: the legendary sucker, the slug princess of the hidden leaf, and one of the legendary three sannin. Tsunade is an overwhelmingly powerful and skilled individual as the kunoichi is a living tank and take hits that would kill most people and return those hits with twice the amount of **** that was thrown at her. The reason for this is lady Tsunade’s intrinsic understanding and knowledge of the human body, for she often uses her expertise to great effect against her enemies. As shown when she was in conflict with an enemy ninja and after one punch from her she had utterly reversed that ninjas motor control ability, a move that would cripple most people.

However, despite all of these positive attributes that you list off, Tsunade a is perhaps the most flawed individual in this current selection. As she is greedy, prideful, and a… Gambling alcoholic. The reason for all these traits stems from the slug princesses background, for it is mired with tragedy and bittersweet sadness. Tsunade’s childhood was actually very normal starting off, and in fact, it was better than most considering the fact that she was the granddaughter of the original founder of the village.

Though this happiness was not to last as the first tragedy in her life struck her both professionally and personally with the loss of her little brother to a former teammate that experimented on him in order to gain her family’s bloodline trait. From here things only got continuously worse for Tsunade as soon after her brother's ****, she fell into a depressive spiral and began to drink to cope with both the treachery of her friend and the **** of her little brother.

However in time, she fell in love with a man named Dan slowly began to bring Tsunade out of her darkness and depression, but yet once again tragedy once again strikes with Dan dying in Tsunade’s arms on a botched mission. Ironically enough Dan’s **** could’ve been avoided if the ruling council at the time had agreed to Tsunade’s suggestion of creating a medical Corps in order to reduce the number of casualties out in the field. As Dan died in Tsunade’s arms as she was furiously trying to heal him, but lacked the proper medical tools and equipment to save his life. Dan’s **** combined with her little brother’s unfortunate demise created a severe psychological hold on Tsunade’s mind as she slowly became more and more jaded and began to drink more and more to cope with their combined deaths. One of which she now feels personally responsible for in the form of Dan dying in her arms.

After a few years and a lot of drinking and now gambling, Her life eventually did lighten up in the years following as she took two apprentices, one being Dan’s niece Shizune, and the second being Kushina Uzumaki Naruto’s mother. You wince slightly at the second apprentice as you already know what follows next, as Kushina Dies with her husband in stopping the nine tail Fox from destroying the hidden leaf. This final tragedy was the last straw for Tsunade as she once again fell into depression and the bottle as she left the hidden leaf in disgust of both the village that she now deems as a failure and in disgust of herself for not being able to save or protect those closest to her.

Yesh, recruiting Tsunade will not be an easy task, to say the least, as Tsunade is hopelessly depressed and jaded from her experiences. Not to mention recruiting her will be a package deal for if you recruit the Slug Princess, you will also be **** to recruit her apprentice Shizune and their pet pig Ton-Ton.

Though as you think of this, it may be easier than you think as the slug Princess has racked up an exorbitant amount of debt to loan sharks from her rampant and unchecked gambling. Normally, this would be an issue but Tsunade has the worst luck imaginable, and as a result, she always loses when gambling, it’s gotten so bad that she’s been named the legendary sucker by most people. Not to mention Tsunade also has to constantly devote a portion of her energy in keeping up a youthful glamour or genjutsu to fool people into believing that she’s much younger than what she actually is. As the last Senju is nearing the age of 70 at this point and is rather ashamed of this to the point that she would keep a constant genjutsu rather than let people see what she actually looks like.

These two things could be possible bartering chips you could use against her, as you could easily repay Tsunade’s debt by having the ship mass-produce large amounts of gold to pay off her debtors. You can also offer Tsunade the chance to essentially reverse her aging via the use of the motherships advanced medical technology. These two things would be irresistible to Tsunade, so much so she might immediately agree to your offer if you offer this to her up front.
