Naruto uses the Jutsu on Kaguya

Chapter 2

Having the power given by Hagoromo and fragments of what was given to Sasuke during the war to seal his mother Kaguya, he could also do the opposite, so he started the process of breaking the outer part of the seal when he did this, an angry Black Zetsu attacked him on the spur of the moment, but him being prepared for any trouble using one of his jutsus of great destruction on the attacker, thus destroying the Black Zetsu forever.

So he continued with the process of breaking the seal until he was about to break the seal, now being the time to use the Jutsu on her. So he started to use the Jutsu on her, she resisted, but it all worked out in the end, being sealed for so long that she was weakened, so it was easier, but it wasn't hard that some mistake was her end, when he finished using the Jutsu on her, he again undid the Chibaku Tensei, in the end she fell to the ground looking lifeless in that state she was in.

Now in his hands was the skin of Kaguya Otsustuki.
