The next morning, Nancy decided to go to Springwood church to try to find some explanations, trying to find a very old priest who apparently knew Freddy's mother according to the information Neil had sent her, maybe she'll find more answers, she thought to herself.
She got into her car and dressed in a little brown top, a tight black coat at the waist, tight black pants and little black heels and sunglasses to stay sober.
She parked her car in front of the imposing church and got out of her car, took off her sunglasses and pushed out her strand of white hair to comb her hair.
As she climbed up the small steps of the church, she saw the two imposing brown doors of the church open, unfortunately a mass was in progress.
The gigantic main room of the church was completely occupied by people of all ages from Springwood sitting on brown benches set up vertically all along the church aisle.
The priest, a very old man, white hair plated backwards, was at his desk in priestly attire, reciting his recital at his microphone in front of him in front of the entire church.
Nancy decided to go into the church anyway and tried to find a free seat on a bench, which she did with difficulty because all the benches were almost all occupied.
Luckily, she found a place in the middle of the central aisle of the church, on a bench on her right, next to a lady in her sixties.
She leaned towards her gently, smiling and whispering to avoid disturbing the mass.
"Excuse me, ma'am, may I sit here?"
The lady looked at her and smiled back at her...
"Yes, please, miss," the old lady whispered back.
"Thank you" she said, sitting next to her and watching the mass take place but because of the fatigue from the last events in the hospital, Nancy was exhausted and fell asleep on her bench.
